July 2016 The original business concept is born.
April 2017 HigherRing is officially founded by Michelle Hirons and Susan Hopkinson as a Public Benefit Corporation.
September 2017 We sign our very first client in the travel and tourism industry.
August 2018 We proudly join the B Corp movement and become certified.
September 2018 HigherRing launches back office operations services.
May 2019 We become a certified women-owned business.
July 2019 We launch our fractional services!
November 2020 We begin offering free mental health benefits for our team members.
June 2021 We launch our Employee Stock Incentive Plan.
May 2021 We begin offering financial coaching and 0% loans to our team members in partnership with HoneyBee.
January 2023 We begin offering paid volunteer time for employees.
March 2023 We become certified climate neutral with The Change Climate Project.
June 2023 We begin offering medical travel benefits to our employees as part of our advocacy for women’s rights and gender equality.
January 2024 We launch paid volunteer time for poll working as part of our advocacy around an equitable and accessible democracy.
March 2024 We rebrand and launch a new logo.
