At HigherRing, we believe that feedback is a powerful tool for growth, both for our team and the clients we serve. Every year, we ask our clients to share their honest thoughts about our services—what’s working, where we can improve, and how well we’re living up to our mission of supporting purpose-driven businesses. This annual survey helps us celebrate what we’re doing right, identify areas to strengthen, and ensure that we're evolving alongside our clients’ needs.

This year, we’re happy to share that an overwhelming 94% of our clients who responded to the survey rated their satisfaction with our services at a solid 5 out of 5 stars!

Here’s a deeper look at the feedback we received this year:

Responsiveness and Communication

When asked if they received quick, meaningful responses from both their HigherRing support person and our management team, 100% of respondents said "Always" or "Most of the time." We’re thrilled that our clients feel supported and connected, especially as we prioritize accessible, timely communication to keep operations smooth and efficient.  Clients used words like “always up for any task”, “thorough in answering questions”, and “consistent, reliable, and knowledgeable customer care through Slack.”

Delivering Return on Investment

Regarding whether our services provide the expected return on investment, we are delighted to report that 88% of our clients answered with “Always,” while the remaining 12% responded with “Most of the time.” Knowing our clients find value in our support drives us to continue enhancing our offerings, especially in tailoring services to align with their specific goals.

Mission Alignment and Impact

Our commitment to creating impact through meaningful, onshore job creation and sustainable business practices is central to everything we do. So, we were heartened to find that nearly all respondents felt that HigherRing is successfully living out its mission. Clients remarked on the pride they feel working with a partner who shares their values, with one noting, "We feel good about working with an ethical company for these kinds of services!"

Highlights and Areas for Growth

Our clients shared positive feedback about the HigherRing team’s flexibility, attentiveness, and trustworthiness. The phrase “sharp and motivated teammates” was shared, as did an appreciation for the flexibility of our fractional model. As one client mentioned, "The people are number one. The service provided is too—but the people are the best."

In addition to the glowing feedback, our clients offered constructive ideas for improvement. Some mentioned interest in more proactive coaching and training resources to help their team members build confidence and familiarity with new tasks faster. Invoicing clarity was another area where we received helpful suggestions, with clients requesting options like credit card autopay.
